Previously I was responsible for heading the entire Call Center operations for AUA Solutions. I bring with me over a decade long career span within various industries in the U.S. and Asia-Pac. including; energy, commodities trading, banking, retail, and BPO/Call centers. I have a strong background in call center services, research, analytics, business operations, project management, and management consulting. Previously I was heading Crestel Standard Communication, a Call Center division within Cresent Group of Companies, where I helped build the entire division and was responsible for operations, client coordination, appointment setting and operational direction of the division, growing the business 15% every month, developing and managing a P&L of a quarter million USD. In assignment with Eplanet Communication), I was able to provide over $100,000 worth of Business to Sales Division, for which I received a “Personal Best Achievement Award” and lead the Industrial Markets trading desk with fundamental analysis. I have worked with some of the best names in the business like T-mobile, AT&T, MCI Worldcom, PepsiCo Corp., and Pizza Hut. I pursued my BBA at the Preston University , and received Associate Degree from Houston Community College in Texas, and also a Certified COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) Coordinator for the BPO operations.
