I have an excellent communication skill both oral and written. I have been in the business processing outsourcing for 5 years as a customer service, technical support, chat support, and in sales. I was with the different accounts like Expedia, Amazon, Intuit (Quickbooks), and Author Solutions (Westbow Press).
My ability to speak and build rapport to my customers led me of becoming one of the top agents in the company. I have a passion of resolving issues of customers that will lead their satisfaction to the services of the company I am representing with.
Aside from being in the call center industry for a long period of time, I had 10 years experienced in the Human Resources Department and being an executive assistant at the same time. I have ability to plan, edit, proofread, and correct spellings, grammar tenses, usages; and punctuation of my superior before it will be decimated to the company.
I can type 35-40 wpm with precision and with confidence that the idea is in a professional business manner.
I am available to work 40 hours in a week and can adjust to different time zones.
