At the age of 18 I started to work as a desk clerk in Hotel where acquired my communication skills as I was dealing with customers every day whether on the phone, Skype or in person.
Two years later I began my IT career as a system administrator in small company, administrating local network consisting few machines with Windows XP, Windows 7 , Debian operating systems, and Windows Server 2003.
Two years later I moved to Athens, Greece in order to work for Microsoft as a 2nd line Technical/Customer support, resolving issues with applications, performing software upgrades, analyzing crash dumps, migrating user accounts etc... Most of the time I spent on phone/chat with customer while remotely managing customers machine.
Apart from that I was official MS Social Media and forum moderator and quality controller of the rest of Czech Technical support department staff.
Currently I am working as Windows, Linux and HPUX Server Administrator in enviroment hosting more than 5000 servers.
My main tasks are maintenance of servers (including configuration of new servers), run OATs, perform backups and restores and resolving services and application issues. Apart from that I am also responsible for patching and server security.
