I took up BS Accountancy for five years and had my on-the-job training on one of the government agencies here in the Philippines (Commission on Audit). After schooling I went on BPO company and worked as a Prepaid Customer Support for 2 years. I handled his calendar/schedules everyday, respond to different clients via email, sms and sometimes talk with them.
