As you will note my work history is thoroughly outlined in my profile, I worked in a call center industry for 7 years. I have been through all LOBs or line of businesses: Sales, Customer Service, Quality Associate, Technical Support and Credit and Collections back office. I worked from home as an Appointment Setter and Outbound Caller and Researcher for Marketing Campaigns and Customer Service Associate (phone, email, chat and order processing) through oDesk. I'm currently working as an Appointment Setter.
