Over the years, I have gained enough experience to be able to provide quality customer service. I am able to hone my communication skills by handling customer support through phone, email, chat and social media platforms.I am proficient in using CRM and web applications (Siebel, Salesforce, Desk.com, DeskPro, Zendesk, CATS, BigCommerce, Magento, Zopim, LiveChat, Olark, HelpScout, GoDaddy, Zoho, Google applications, Dropbox and OneDrive). I also have knowledge in Microsoft applications, troubleshooting wired and wireless connections, sales as well as some recruitment.
