During my life experience and professional work, as a manager I had the responsibility to manage teams in various market activities, within IT (Financial, Oi&Gas, Energy, Telecomunications)
I have worked before online in other companies and in other platforms similar to oDesk. During this experience, I have contacted people from Pakistan, Russia, USA, Iran and others countries, in order to build teams to develop technological solutions.

I am an expert Manager, especially in start-up companies since a long time ( 6 years expertise ). The start-up companies that I helped to grow had their market target in multiple areas as: IT Software Development, Telecommunications, Banking and Energy Management. Regarding academic and education, and I have a Master Business Administration post-graduation in Executive Management, also I have the Project Management Institute (PMI) professionally certification, plus a postgraduate in Project Management. Also I have the IT Service Management Certification (ITIL).
During my experience I was responsible for:
- Manage Companies;
- HR management;
- Payments and Procurement management;
- Clients Management;
- Contribute for the preparation and delivery of new proposals, defining project plans and the risks management;
- Support the sales team in the negotiation proposals meetings;
- Planning and managing the plan of each project;
- Manage budgets and timing/milestones negotiated in new projects;
- Ensure the implementation of projects in a defined timings, effort, quality and budgets;
- Manage the Stakholders expectations;
- Facilitate the identification and allocation of individuals to project teams and proposals;
- Manage third party contributions and contracts to projects;
- Reporting the progress of the open projects and its indicators to the Project Manager Director;
- Create a strong dynamic and an excellent team spirit in each project.
