As a Tax Reviewing Analyst at Ernst & young, my role included to audit invoices that was already raised by a team to ensure they were on par with the invoiced amount. This was a critical activity that required "Attention To Detail" which had no room for error, as it would result in a financial loss to the company. Coordinating with the clients in case of any discrepancies with the amount. In Accenture, I handled three big projects (BT Pensions, Colorado Ballet & Mylearning). BT pensions – Handled all the pension related queries addressed by the customers of British Telecom and I mentored 16 new joiners to the process and handled their escalations from time to time. I was also responsible for this group’s learning curve. Also, I aided the deployment of a training application (‘Neuro Language’) launched, helped most of my team mates by training and completing the skill soft modules with the help of a trainer. Also, worked close with the operations team ensuring the process is stable. Helped the team with SIPOC, HLPM and few other related statistics. Took up additional responsibilities in coordinating or setting up calls with the onshore team to ensure process update to our team. Colorado Ballet – This is a ticket booking process based out of Denver, Colorado. I used to process orders received via e-mail, calls or voice messages. I was the SPOC for daily data report generation, mailed the reports and uploaded leads to the client, which was later discussed over a call with the clients. Took responsibility in the payroll and Finance and Accounting team as well. Since it was a pilot process with Accenture. Several ideas suggested by me got implemented which resulted in a betterment of the process. Received commendation from the client for contributing to the process stability and bringing it to BAU. My learning – This process managed all learning activities across Accenture globally. This required me to liaise with training coordinators, trainers, facility managers, vendors, admin personnel and operation managers. One of the secondary roles was to assist employees and help them with course logins and ensure their completion of courses on a time to time basis.
