Over the previous 7 years I have worked a lot in the sector of Accounting & Administration. Though I am part qualified ACCA which gives me the confidence to do well in the Accounting & Administration. My previous study backgrounds which are Diploma in Computer Science & Diploma in E-Commerce help me to connoisseur very rigorously in the sector of Business & Administrative support. I am specialized in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Analysis, Business consulting and Tax Prep.
In addition to bookkeeping, I am a proficient computer user and can not only type into a word template but create an Excel spreadsheet that will make a cup of tea. Okay, maybe not quite! I love a challenge and am more than eager to try something new and get something right.
I am ready to start work on your Accounting jobs. I am creative and flexible and will be beneficial to your jobs. I strongly believe that my experience and skill in the areas of Accounting, Business Analysis and Data Entry will be beneficial to your related jobs and projects. I also have great experience working as an Excel Specialist. If hired I promise to complete my task quickly and be positive for your corporate needs.
A brief list of what I do is as follows but are not limited to my abilities.
Accountancy/ Bookkeeping works:
- Annual Accounts Preparation & Submission to Companies House
- Corporation Tax, Personal Income Tax, Partnership Tax preparation & submission to HMRC & other governing bodies.
- VAT Calculation & Submission to HMRC & other governing bodies.
- Submissions, communications and attendances relating to annual audits
- Fixed Asset accounting including capital allowances claims, depreciation and Fixed Asset Policies
- Bank Reconciliations for multiple accounts, credit cards, cash accounts and loans
- Supplier/ Customer accounting, reconciliations, payments and chase procedures
- Bank receipts and payments
- Nominal account and control account balancing and reconciliations
- Charity-specific bookkeeping in line with the relevant charities SORP including correct presentation in accounts
- Project Accounting - including allocation of costs and income to projects for full project appraisals
