To build relationships and contacts with succesful candidates within global telecoms IT / HI-technology companies [BI, HRM, CRM, ERP, it-security, Storage, Networking- hardware (CISCO, JUNIPER, FOUNDRY aso), software, (SAP, SIEBEL, Simcorp, Profidata, 3D, Ogre, aso)] and and and... companies. Proven experience in launching pre IPO - VC funded start ups who want to continue there unrivaled growth. A passion for partnering with our clients and helping them continue their growth and success. Proven experience is building leading teams to fast growing companies. Proven experience in partnering with both Global & European IT / HI TECH companies, who provide managed services to Fortune 1000 MNC clients. We have proven experience in sourcing 'hard to find' executives. We continually look to source excellent executives, (senior) account managers and technical experts for our clients across all of EMEA.
A direct and professional approach towards Executive Search. An in depth knowledge and a considerable number of contacts within IT / HI-tech, telecoms, soft- and hardware vendors. A long and successful track record of appointments such as Board level, Directors, Sales Managers, Global account Managers/Directors/technical Pre Sales/Post Sales, Product Marketing & marketing roles across all of EMEA, EEC. We have worked with most of the top to market clients from CISCO to IBM from Siemens to HP as well as for small and medium "start-up" clients.
