For last 4 years I've helped businesses to grow, reach new potential customers, and build engagement with current prospects. My professional marketing experience focus on performance marketing, inbound marketing, practical knowledge of e-mail and web development, and design. In my work I combine affinity for numbers and analytical mind I trained studying at Wroclaw University of Technology, with strong communication skills I mastered throughout my career in international environments. Being a part of fast-paced e-commerce markets of Poland and India, I developed hands-on mentality backed-up with creative mind. It is followed by easy adaptability to changes, and easygoing, friendly personality.
At my last position in Furgonetka.pl, I designed and implemented promotional actions and content marketing activities that activated and engaged users and brought desireable conversion among social media audience (10k) and e-mail databases (400k+). Furthermore, I implemented successfully user activation campaign, which Engagement Rate among people, who did not engage on the website in last half year and opened the message reached 20%.
Earlier, for one year from India I managed an e-commerce expansion of an Indian Coupondunia.in website with discount coupons for a Polish market (Kodybony.pl). This project required connecting knowledge from many areas, and constantly improving performance - in SEM, SEO and e-mail marketing.
In Unity Group – merge of 2 IT companies and digital marketing agency, for 1,5 year working alone directly under the CMO I was responsible for managing a B2B inbound marketing, e-mail marketing channel and implementation and usage of marketing automation software. I planned, launched and optimized landing pages and campaigns that converted to leads - attendees on events and webinars, prospects for services and products, and brand followers in blog and social media channels.
