I used to work in the corporate training industry for 10 years, which greatly enhanced my administrative, clerical, communication, and analytical skills.
Aside from administrative and clerical work, I'm also skilled in advanced image editing using Adobe Lightroom and basic image editing using Adobe Photoshop.
I have an excellent command of the English language, which makes it easy for me to identify and understand North American and Australian speakers. My typing speed is above average at 70 AWPM. I'm very proficient with Microsoft Office Programs. My knowledge and experience of corporate processes and systems is also quite extensive.
I am very proficient in training processes and methods. I can provide online training with anything that relates to corporate soft skills like customer service and English language enhancement.
I currently work as a transcriptionist - editing and proofreading research projects, interviews, workshops, podcasts, confidential conversations, and personal diaries for various clients, but I can definitely accomplish other administrative-related tasks.
I also have had sufficient experience in program management, business development, and corporate recruitment. These were learned as a part of my planned career path from my previous job.
