Technical Support Specialist/ Chat and Email support
My name is Steven Cantiller. I have worked as a technical support representative for different ISP's both in the US and Australia since 2007. I can easily converse with customers through the phone or through chat. I am knowledgeable when it comes to internet connection troubleshooting, email configuration and troubleshooting, V.O.I.P. configuration and troubleshooting and also cable T.V. service troubleshooting. I can easily adjust with new technology like mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc. I can quickly learn how to troubleshoot new devices. I can provide clear instructions to customers that need support with their devices through phone or chat or email. I have also worked as an email and chat support representative for CompUSA, TigerDirect, CircuitCity where in I had to be familiar with all the products that they sell in order to be efficient.
I started my work from home career last 2014. I have handled different projects such as Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setting, and Email Support.
I can work in different hours part time or full time. I am also into PC and console gaming for my free time and also into music making. I know how to edit and mix music and I also write/compose songs. I consider making music as passion because it is something that I love to do.
