I started to work as a IT support agent, just to try out something new, but then... I fell in love with this type of job. The communication with so many different customers, the art of getting their trust and satisfaction has been a alluring and main driving force for me, for the last 2 years.
I love to learn new stuff (kind of addicted to it), and I do that quick and efficiently. With my educational background in IT, I have plenty of technical skills that would come in handy in various situations.
