Responsible for providing day to day management of a network of about 10 websites under the LearningHerbs family since 2008. Based in Washington, USA, this network includes HerbMentor.com, a 5000-member membership site, LearningHerbs.com, an educational website offering free content to capture leads, and a roster of online courses with their respective websites.
Since hired in 2008 as a virtual assistant, I since then wore many hats within the organization, helping the business develop from the ground up: from day to day account management of the members of the membership site, handling various technical problems, issues with payment gateways as well as entering data and uploading spreadsheets to Amazon for product fulfillment while editing video/audio content. Work across various CMS platforms, channels and devices to deliver key content to end users and targeted online audience. Manage websites and blogs, its contents and updates. Write copy and edit optimized content for the web, as well as feature stories, publications and newsletters for online or offline use.
