Proficient in the English language, I make extensive and in depth analyses and reports for businesses, college dissertations, researches, studies on various topics, as well as Quality Assurance. Also, I am skilled in Proofreading and Copy Editing both written and oral text. I work well with technical and aesthetic literature, fiction and non-fiction, business and executive communications, articles and reports.
In terms of Oral Communication, I am experienced in handling calls of different natures such as Technical Troubleshooting, Customer Service, Sales and Product Endorsement, Billing and Bill Disputes, as well as Client Retention. I have worked for both Inbound and Outbound Call Centers for these specified skill sets.
I have worked as an Executive Assistant in dynamic environments, adaptive and flexible to timely demands of the Executive and Executive Team. As such, I am efficient and quick to provide the immediate demands of the team whether it may be to arrange appointments, organize schedules, provide specific information, research, communications, event organization, and presentations.
