Working in a Business Processing and Outsourcing (BPO) for almost 2 years, I was able to identify how far I can go from being a typical agent who’s just sitting and reading at the scripts provided to the customers into a product and process trainer who’s already inculcating knowledge and skills to the agents in handling customer’s concern. My fluency in English language, paved way to achieve effective communication in my work milieu and will further continue in my future endeavors.
