I am proficient in many other packages such as Balsamiq, Invision and Omnigraffle. How do you approach remote user testing? There are a range of options out there for usability testing on a remote basis. Some moderated by external parties, others unmoderated. I will take you through the options available but I always recommend the most effective (and free of software cost) method of using a conferencing facility such as Skype or Gotomeeting and sharing screens. This allows me to run the testing session live and be reactive to the subject as they use the product, questioning based on their usage.
