I am new to ODesk and I am excited to form future work partnerships.
As a Master's Degree level professional, I work with various Architects, Developers, Designers, Urban Planners, and Engineers to perform the following tasks that are specific to their needs:
-Architectural design and drawing on all phases of construction documents using AutoCad 2006-2016
-Perform field surveys to document existing construction and conditions
-Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
-Develop architectural and construction details, sections, elevations, MEP plans, and 3-D renderings, through the use of Google SketchUp and AutoCad software, for construction documents, permits, proposals, and marketing
-Programming and schematic research for design - including code and variance analysis
-Experience with commercial, mixed-use, tenant improvement, and custom residential projects
-Public Relations - networking and relationship building with partner organizations and government bodies
-Manage funding development and funding opportunities research
-Administrative and record keeping
-Social Media Development
-Proposals, Contract Writing, and Grant Writing
-Assist company in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration.
-Analyze data and make crucial business decisions
-Ensure that financial goals are met
-Develop and implement budgets
-Develop planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations
-Prepare and present detailed reports on development proposals to government bodies
-Collect a variety of statistical data and prepare reports on topics such as census information, land use, and occupancy
-Act as liaison between private companies, community groups, government agencies, developers and elected officials in developing new community plans
-Coordinate community review of public and private development projects
Provide information to the public regarding historic preservation and community events
