In my first job, after 3 mos. of exposures, I had coordinated with the MIS Dep't. for computerization of inventory, payroll and the whole accounting system. Exposure to various accounting jobs - clerical, bookkeeping, financial and managerial accounting. Because of varied experiences in accounting jobs and accounting software together with the latest state of an art information technologies, I have enhanced in the expertise of computerization of accounting system interfacing with another departments of the company using the latest I.T. solutions.
SALES & MARKETING/ SOFTWARE SPECIALIST:
I was into Marketing of accounting software talking to the top/senior management or decision makers of the company. Participation of marketing strategies, procedures like tele, fax and e-mail brigade, and visit to the clientele. Doing the front and backbone training of the software to the clients' accounting and MIS dep'ts. Participation in PICPA conventions/conferences for accounting software demo to all Certified Accountants.
PA to General Manager : Preparation of Company Organizational Chart, Management reports, graphs, and presentations, Business Correspondence – Internal and External. Arranging the events, conference/meetings, visas, tickets, hotel bookings of GM, officers and clients.
Coordinator of the Management and ISO Consultants: Preparation of all compiled approved ISO quality manuals – hard and soft copies. Preparation of the employees’ competencies, job descriptions. Coordinated each department head in the selection of a new procedures duly recommended and approved by the ISO consultants. Keeping all the records on amendments and reviewing them together with the Management Representative.
Managed to execute all recruitment processing of the company duly required by designated government office/agency.
Performed and directed a high level of admin. duties in a professional manner.
Admin./HR/Jafza PRO : Keeping all admin files on designated place in a neat and order arrangement. Preparation of Company Staff Lists, Employees’ Job Descriptions and Competencies, Correspondences – Memorandum/Administrative Disciplinary actions. Recruitment processing, Leave Applications processing, Employees’ Visa processing. Monitoring of employees’ ticket availment. Monitoring of CCTV and phone calls software. Renewal of Trade License and other licenses and policies, collating invoices and important Admin. documents and have a proper designated file. Ensure maintenance of cleanliness and beautification of office and company compound. Coordinate every employee in sorting out problems regarding computer and office equipments.
Managed to execute other accounting workloads as assistant to the Accounting Manager.
Accounts/Purchaser : Keeping track of all the records of company clients’ credit applications, preparation of statement of accounts, making flowcharts on various reports especially on sales. Monitoring of company vehicles – insurance, registration and salik balances. Procurement officer for office and warehouse supplies/equipments.
COMMERCIAL MANAGER OF I.T. SOLUTIONS COMPANY:
Overseen the whole operations and development of the company.
Managed the administration of the office – this includes all aspects of the day to day running of the business, including supervising reception; customer service; administrative support to Engineers; maintain and update company database.
Outlining the main tasks for the week ahead and prepare a weekend progress report to be sent to the Managing Director.
Organized and maintained all Company paper works including licenses, customs, legal and bank relationships.
