My role as acting in a US Government Contracting Officer's (COR) capacity for NIH/NCI while awarding contracts to the vendors ties nicely with a potential to shape up your BD/Capture cycle and write/review proposals for your organization. I specialize in developing proposals for my customers in the federal market and help them with the entire RFP life cycle (bid/no-bid decision, establishing win themes/differentiators, SWOT analysis, teaming options/gaps including other large/small System integrators, story boarding, proposal writing, and specifically multi-step response reviews).
My exposure to a variety of federal agencies (HHS, NIH/NCI, CMS, CDC, Military Health, Public Health, USDA, Department of Labor, DHS/CBP, DOD/DLA) can put us in a unique position to collaborate at multiple levels. In addition, my broad technical expertise blended with leadership experience can uniquely position your organization in shaping up a winning response for a technology centric or management consulting oriented RFP.
