-Coordinate and manage all complex business and personal (domestic and international) travel logistics and details; in addition to, processing all accounting reimbursements stemming from travel (i.e. ground travel, air travel, lodging accommodations, meeting preparations, social).
-First point of contact on all calls, while screening and funneling appropriately to lower level officers. Experienced in handling customers complaints with confidentiality and then determining escalation.
