Project Manager for the oversight and maintenance of finance and budgeting to include: fiscal year end budget reporting of accrued costs directly related to revenue cost and payroll accounting, manage the storage of billing contracts for annual year-end review, arrange and coordinate meetings and events, record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings, process report submissions, prepare and edit business related correspondence, file retrieved documents and reference materials, conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports, Provide analytical and detail-oriented assistance to high level executives as a line of support while undertaking a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Manage and maintain business related appointments and travel for lead executives. Process payroll. File, retrieve, and update annual election of employee health benefits. File workers compensation and medical billing claims. Monitor, respond to, and distribute research findings through various means of communication. Administrate SharePoint intranet for supported departments.
Knowledgeable of accounting principles and practices; knowledgeable of reimbursement; knowledgeable of federal, state, and university regulations, and policies and procedures; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint); analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask within a busy office. Possess the ability to work independently with supervision and to take initiative and see a project through. Possess the ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines, and to be flexible. Possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and customer service with supervisors, coworkers, students and parents; ability to exercise judgment and discretion in problem solving.
