The measure of success for any project begins with its requirements. Getting to understand every nuance of what's expected from people and technology is one of my specialties. Bringing business and technology together, speaking one language, fostering comprehension and support for those with trepidation is the secret of my success and one of the reasons I have never NOT completed a project successfully. From interviewing the business-team to documenting business requirements specifications, I deliver and reinforce all activities surrounding Discovery.

From old to new, deploying newly minted solutions requires a keen understanding of the business at hand, its people and processes, the culture and history. I view this part as the "trickiest" of challenges when deploying a new application or system. This is where 'closing the gap' between business and technology becomes inherently important. Deploying 'closure' means showing the business how things work, engaging people into accepting and supporting the new, and demonstrating how business will be better for everyone involved - From employee to client. I consider this a personal forte, as closing a project successfully requires people to be on board with the vision and goals set forth in Discovery.
