Greetings! I'm Matt, and I'm in the process of furthering my education in physical fitness/wellness with the ultimate goal of maintaining a consultancy for people who really want to take charge of their physique and just need a helping hand to start.
In the meantime, and to support myself while I attend school in addition to my regular job, I am offering my services as a content generator/copy-editor/site-maintainer/administrative aid.
I possess an English and History degree from Hood College in Frederick MD, and am A+ and Security + Cisco Certified. I have experience with content generation ranging from online journals/blogs to story/dialogue for persistent gaming worlds.
While definitely preferring work that lets me explore my creative side and generate unique content, I am extremely versatile and eagerly welcome the necessary tasks that you as a leader and content driver cannot afford to spend attention on.
My primary freelancing is writing, but my present job is in the IT field, and as aforementioned, I do have some qualifications in the field. That, in addition to building and maintaining my own computers and those of my friends since I was 15, makes me reasonably qualified to handle intermediate computer difficulties or small-scale networks.
As far as web-content goes, I have maintained several online RPGs, and was the public relations team-member for the World of Meros persistent world module for Neverwinter Nights. Tasks for that included site content and forum moderation. I would say my skills are novice at best when it comes to graphics, but I have a natural artistic inclination and while I would not be comfortable charging someone for my photoshop skills, I can arrange a quality layout.
So, if you're looking for an adaptive, versatile writer who insists on quality both for his clients and sense of professionalism, look no further. I look forward to working with you and providing the results you need and deserve!
