IT-supporter apprentice / Danish-English translator
Personal and Professional Profile
I’m a cheerful young man, and I currently live with my dad, and my 13 year old brother.
I’ve always had a passion for computers, and the English language.
I daily provide PC-support for my friends and family. I’m experienced with Team Viewer, and have done lots of support, such as removal of adware, malware, as well as troubleshooting of other software issues.
Other than that, I’ve run different game servers on my own home network, which I have installed, optimized, and port forwarded myself.
I already know quite a bit about optimizing performance, both software-wise and hardware-wise.
I see myself as punctual, reliable, responsible, helpful, and results-oriented while also being service-minded.
During my education, I’ve become acquainted with BIOS, learnt how to operate a Virtual Machine, and I’m able to assemble a PC, install the proper drivers for it, including the operating system, and set up and configure a complete network with routers, switches, mail servers and end devices, among other things.
