I am a specialist intellectual property lawyer. I graduated with honours and have 6 years pae. I am admitted to the Supreme and Federal Court.

I studied a Juris Doctor in Law and graduated with Honours and a specialisation in telecommunications, media and intellectual property law. I majored in philosophy and literature during my undergrad.
Previously I worked as a senior lawyer for the Department of Justice and Attorney General. I held the position of Corporations Registrar for the Supreme Court and Project Board Manager for the future e-courts. I am an experienced mediator and negotiator in the Federal Court. My daily work covered in-house legal advices on media, corporate law, copyright, right to information, privacy, access to justice, cultural heritage, land, mining and environment. I was also a litigator in several jurisdictions (Federal Court, Land Court, Supreme Court).
I have published numerous legal articles and drafted several precedent systems for courts and government. She have also worked on precedent systems for LexisNexis.
I’ve taught at the University of Arts London, the University of Queensland, Bond University, the University of Canberra, the University of New South Wales and the Queensland University of Technology. I’ve taught a range of subjects including, the arts, the law and English grammar and language. I started as an associate professor at the age of 19.
I am also a regular guest speaker and participant at cultural events such as the Queensland Writers Festival and various independent film events.
I am admitted as a lawyer in both the Federal Court and Supreme Court.
