I have nine years of experience in customer service (phone, email, tickets, live chat & in person). I have gained knowledge and skills in financial services (banking & brokerage), fraud operations & AML procedures, data entry, research, front & back office processes.
Within two years of working online, I've also acquired and harnessed new skills as a Personal Assistant and a Project Manager mostly dealing with website management & maintenance, blog post, video,forum and social media posting/editing, bookkeeping, writing & translation, and website bug testing.
I've had a good exposure to the use of various VoIP systems, CRM and productivity tools such as Limelight, Salesforce, Atrium, Google Apps, Dropbox, Canva, Trello, Wordpress, MailChimp, LastPass, Kashflow, Equifax, Accurint, VerID, TransUnion, Authorized.Net, Shipwire, VCC, Zoiper, MicroSIP, five9, 8x8 and ringcentral.
I speak fluent English, very good Italian and elementary German. I have also done occasional jobs within Italian hospitality industries.
I’m flexible and have a high adaptability proven by my various work experiences in different environments with huge cultural differences.
