I have 8 Years of experienced providing Customer Service and Technical Support through inbound/outbound calls, chat, email and back office and worked with Top US Computer Manufacturers and Internet Service Providers such as TOSHIBA, DELL, At&t DSL and U-verse, Verizon, Telus, and Time Warner Cable.
It was 2007 when started in Business Process Outsourcing as Customer Sales Representative for Circuit City which was a project based account. My Responsibilities are to assist users who would like to buy items such as Comsumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Home Theaters, Gadgets and other services which includes computer repair, Wall Mounting Service, GPS Installation courtesy of Firedog. Part of my job was to provide Exceptional Customer Service and in return users will remember their memorable experience that can lead to repeat customers.
When the project based ended, i was endorsed to my first technical account "TOSHIBA" where we support Laptops and Projectors, it was a challenging experience when i transition from Sales to Technical Support but i'd learned how to make the best out of it, i undergone training for Basic to Advanced Troubleshooting of different Toshiba Laptop Issues like hardware and software problems.
The Next job i had was with ÄT&T where i spported there DSL for Consumers, in this post i had learned Basic to Advanced Networking, Configuring Modems, Routers and troubleshooting internet connection which was the main services that we offer.
I also worked for TELUS a canadian based Internet Service Provider that offers Phone, Internet and TV Services. In this post i had learned to process Billing issues while applying my technical skills to support our products at the same time.
The Next Job i had was with AT&T Uverse who provides Phone, Internet and Cable TV. part of this job was to perform troubleshooting on different types of issues.
My next job was with Time Warner Cable an Internet Service Provider where we focus more in internet and software troubleshooting like Security Software installation and Virus Removal.
I also worked for a year in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an IT Technician where i supported multiple companies owned by my boss.
As soon as i went back to my homeland, i worked with Clearwire who provides 4G wifi connection. i tried also working with Bayer and supported there product called Blood Glucose Meter, it's a tool use to measure your blood sugar for diabetic. In this job requires a lot of patience since your dealing most of the time with older people.
Next job was with Verizon Online Internet Service Provder then i shift to ITO Information Technology Outsourcing where i handle Aetna Account one of US HealthCare Providers and work as IT Service Desk Analyst upto now. These Experiences that i earned through hardwork and dedication helped me to be more flexible and accept change since its constant while applying the basic foundation of what we do which is to provide Exceptional Customer Service and Positive lasting Impression.
I have gone around the industry and even worked overseas from providing Customer Service, processing payments, answering general inquiries, processing online purchase, assist health care patients, Email Management, advance computer and internet troubleshooting.
