Handling Telecommunication Land Line including Console board line, Broad band, Mobile SIM, Data card, & PRI facilities
Handling transportation, Buses for workers pick up & drop, company cab adhoc allocation system, Goods vehicle allocation for other Units.
Handling AMC’s like Air conditioner, EPABX with Centrex system, Pest control, Photo copier, Elevator (Passenger & Goods lift), FAX machines, UPS, access control, RO plant & STP.
Handling House Keeping, Caters & Security agencies. Prepare and maintain detailed checklists for each activity ensure timely compliance / actions.
Coordinate and monitor event management which includes product sale arrangement, venue arrangements etc
Handling upcoming Projects/Units – Procurement of DG, UPS, A/Cs, Goods lift, RO plant, Fire extinguishers, Partition work POP/Aluminum channels, false ceiling, facilities work stations, Canteen & Crèche, landlord for agreement, rent & Maintenance work.
Obtain No Due Certificate from all Vendors on quarterly basis by 10th of following month of the new quarter and put it up to HOD after detailed scrutiny and reconciliation with Accounts Department by 15th of the month.
