I have worked as a team leader for a relay account in the Philippines, from 2007-2012, my duties were to ensure that the performance of my team was at par with the company's standards, my main tasks were monitoring their progress, giving them coaching/counseling if needed, and creating action plans to help them reach their target metrics.
I've also worked as a virtual assistant in the past, I've helped my clients organize their files, do web based tasks such as email management, research, management of documents in Google docs, communicating with their clients via chat, organizing their contacts and files, and a lot more.
I'm currently looking for a long term job, and I'm in search for great opportunities here in UpWork, I'm diligent, resourceful, I work hard, and I am looking to expand my skills by learning new things.
