I have 9 years experience in running a Freebie site, 6+ years Customer Service for a telecommunication company, Floral company and Gift company, and 15+ years General Office skills along with Accounts receivable skills, I have accumulated a wide variety of skills to accommodate any business.

For 10 years I worked at home creating web pages, typing, bookkeeping and general tax preparation while I worked outside the home. I have light skills in Excel and Quickbooks Pro.
Running my own Freebie site gave me skills with dealing with advertisers, Affiliate marketing and with a member base site. The site script had to be maintained, and updates done on a regular basis. I used many forms of affiliate marketing and learned some valuable marketing skills for bringing in new customers.
Working as a customer service representative I have strong skills in defusing a difficult situation and turning it into a positive experience for the customer. I enjoy customer service, as a happy customer is a returning customer.
