I possess a high degree of knowledge, skills and experience in telemarketing or the use of tele-communications as an interactive medium.
My initial experience and success as a Sales Executive for Coastal Training Technologies, where I was engaged in the sales and marketing web-based (e-Learning) professional training material to corporate entities in the U.S. The nature of the software, the stiff competition and the size of the corporate entities required the implementation of solution selling, a manner of selling where probing and determining the needs of the potential client, is vital to be able to do proper recommendations in pursuing the appropriate “solution” relative to products offered.
I became adept at this position which led to my eventual promotion to become the division head of one of the company’s major divisions, Industrial Skills.
This experience is current, as this is the same manner of selling being implemented with the company I am presently employed with. A company which also markets web-based e-learning material, servicing the U.S. education field.
I am knowledgeable in Customer Relations Management (CRM) software (e.g. Zoho, Onyx, etc.), integrated, sales-based information systems used to plan, schedule and control pre and post sales activities in an organization. This provides effective feedback and improves integration to better manage specific customer/product applications.
I have solid experience in managing large to small scale Marketing, Business Development, Operational and Logistics (distribution), having managed my own business and having held senior management positions in Philippine-based multinational and local corporations.
These positions required the development and implementation of business processes at the macro and micro levels involving policy-making, organizational structure development and execution, staffing requirements from position profiling to hiring and training of new recruits.
I have comprehensive experiences in Product Management and general Marketing applications that requires a multidisciplinary approach from costing, product applications and development, market research and analysis, revenue projections and general sales operating protocols.
