I started my career registering patients at a local hospital and then moved up the career ladder to working as a data analyst auditor at a large health insurance company. I am passionate about health care and working with health care businesses to find solutions. I am super organized and a stickler on simplicity and communication. I thrive on time management, creativity, and brainstorming ideas and implementing them.

*A fitness business owner=Facilitated a partnership deal for out of state business expansion including negotiating rates.
My Work (Employee) Experience:
During my nine years of working in the healthcare field, I've worked in Insurance Accounts Receivable at a hospital, collecting over $3Million on outstanding denied claims during my tenure.
At United Healthcare (Fortune 500 health insurance company):
*I recruited 200 physicians to the health plan within one year.
* Promoted to lead a special claims recovery project team. My team recouped over $5Million in overpayments made to facilities throughout the US. The goal was $3M.
*Loaded physician contracts into the systems while managing ongoing contractual maintenance for two regions. Received TOP QA award and Productivity Award from Department Director.
*Promoted to the Quality Management team to audit the physician contract loading team. Co-developed a new auditing process and training initiative that saw a 41% increase in provider network satisfaction while increasing employee accuracy and productivity.
