Virtual Callcenter Manager / Administrator
To gain further exposure and experience as an Online Virtual Call Center Operations Manager / Administrator / Team Supervisor. I have 7 Years extensive experience working in the BPO / Customer Care Industry.
I have extensive work with Five9 Callcenter Systems, with full hands-on knowledge on Five9 Agent, Supervisor and Administrator applications, and with working knowledge on Salesforce CRM. I had worked with Five9 as Technical Support and as Project Manager, and also with managing the website's Knowledge Base.
Prior to this, I worked as Technical Support Representative in a major Callcenter company in the Philippines, where I catered to DSL-Broadband customers. I also had stints in Sales / Telemarketing Campaigns as well.
