Customer Service Specialist and Phone Support

I started working as Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative for 2 and a half years for US clients supporting Hewlett-Packard company. We handle issues like troubleshooting, product order and returns, billing and disputes and escalations. After that, I worked as Retail Customer Care Specialist for HSBC financial catering US clients. I am responsible for credit card activation, purchase and order, billing, disputes and up selling. The recent was working as Sales Consultant and Customer Service Consultant for Virgin Mobile, one of the Telecommunications company in Australia. Some of the job responsibilities include selling mobile and broadband packages, product returns, billing, disputes and escalations. I was promoted as Level 3 Support for escalations and Quality Assurance for monitoring calls at the same time. I rendered my service with them for 3 years and I decided to work as freelancer and looking for better opportunities while working at home.
