I am in-charge in monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion on of the project. I establish a communication schedule to update clients on the progress of the project. Then review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.Being a Project Manager I ensure that the project deliverable are on time and at the required level of quality and evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
