I was previously employed as a Quality Specialist for a Technical Account in Teletech Bacoor. In my position as a Quality Specialist, I was involved in evaluating an agent's call handling skills and finding resolutions in helping them improve their call handling skills to the utmost that they can do. I've also provided Daily Productivity Reports and Compliance Reports for my team. We also give sanctions to Agents, Agent Support Representatives and Team Leaders who are not complying with the company’s policy. Besides that, I was once a Technical Support Representative before I got promoted as a Quality Specialist . In this position, I was involved in supporting the Early Look Program in its development and testing of the new laptops. Investigated hardware and software related problems of customer's laptop. Analyzed customer issues to find resolutions or workarounds. Documented these resolutions for the inclusion to the worldwide knowledge database for laptop computers. We also do sales which includes selling Insurance Plans for notebook computers, laptop accessory and many more. We also process service orders for mailing in notebook computers for repair. As of now, I'm currently employed as a part time Market Research Agent. We were the one’s responsible in performing outbound calls to do different surveys for a particular company in the United States of America. We document these surveys in consideration of the marketing strategy studies made by the client. I also have an extensive experience of being an online freelancer for almost 5 years. Now, with regard to my online career, I was employed multiple times by different employers. I started my career online working as a Data Entry Specialist with different employers. In this position, my job responsibilities are the following, prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities, processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution, enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format, maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures, verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data, tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output, secures information by completing data base backups, maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. I also got involved once in CRM data entry. I also got hired many times as a Virtual Assistant. My job responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant varies, depending on what kind of task is given to me. It can be office related task, such as handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments for clients, arranging legal papers and documents, and many more office related task, working just like an office secretary based at home. I also got involved in loan processing jobs where I help process loans of clients. I also got hired as a telemarketer where I mainly do sales through phone calls. I also did became an Audio Transcriptioner once. Lastly, I also got hired as a Virtual Assistant that handles Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Article Writing, Blogging, and Web Administration. This was a very complex job role. I got hired multiple times by different employers as a virtual assistant with these job roles and worked on big websites such as cdc.gov, zalora.com.ph and chicify.com. I'm also connected to other freelancing websites.
