Over the last 10 years, I have worked in a call center here in the Philippines and gained experience in both sales and customer service.
Telemarketing experience includes selling and closing deals for online directories, seo, websites, facebook fanpage management, youtube video commercials, google maps, google sponsored results and google places management. I have also recently done appointment settings to different products calling on business owners. I also have experience in fundraising/donations campaigns, grants, selling daily deals coupon advertising and business apps for iphone and android.
Customer service experience includes account management, billing issues, technical concerns, chat services and email services.
I can also launch new programs. I played a large part in the success of one sales account and one customer service account. I have experience in training reps, validating calls and database management. I can create scripts, rebuttals and power statements to new products and services. I have sample rebuttals I have created for my previous campaigns.
I am very good at administrative tasks and work very fast since I can do multitasking. I am very knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. I am also knowledgeable in the use of Zoho CRM. My typing skill is very good at 70 words per minute with an accuracy rating of 99%. I have attached a sample typing test score to prove this.
