Training Manager / Instructional Designer
I am a detail oriented individual with a wide range of international experience in clinical research and training. I possess impressive interpersonal and presentation skills and have effective problem solving abilities.
I am able to work on own initiative and also as a part of a team. I possess proven leadership skills involving managing, developing, mentoring and motivating teams to achieve objectives. I believe in a proper blend of task and people orientation and a flexible approach to the mutually beneficial achievement of business plans, project and personal goals.
My career graph reflects the confidence that my employers have in my ability to deliver quality performance time and again. My academic achievements coupled with my exposure to the pharmaceutical industry give me the confidence to take on newer assignments and see them through to conclusion.
I began my career as a CRA, moving on to take up additional responsibilities as a Sr. CRA and eventually expanding my horizons by taking independent charge and setting up the clinical research training platform in India as the Training Manager for the Clinical Operations Department.
I played an important role in launching Analytical Risk-Based Monitoring at Novartis India and J&J AP. I was instrumental in developing and delivering training modules on ARBM to bring about a paradigm shift!
In my current association with J&J, I've been working as a Training Specialist for the AP region, based in India. I mainly play the role of an Instructional Designer (Developing e-learnings for global procedural documents, to be posted in the global LMS called eUniversity.)
Additionally, I am responsible to deliver f-2-f workshops like 'On the Starting Blocks', Clinical Trials Workshop, Monitoring Visit Report Writing Skills, Presentation skills, Communication Skills, Project Management, Root Cause Analysis Workshop, etc. and have already delivered these in India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Australia.
