Senior Support Representative
I've been in the BPO Industry for more than 7 years. Most of my experience came from a Call Center set-up. I am relatively new in working as a freelancer but i am confident that the skill set that i offer fits the needs of most of the clients out there.
Recently i have worked on different data entry jobs wherein i was tasked to input thousands of data into a website / database, Internet research, as well as typing PDF Documents onto an excel spreadsheet.
More about my Call Center career:
I started out as an Inbound Sales Representative (2 years) selling a VOIP product in the US. Aside from sales we were also doing order processing, order verification, basic customer service and customer support.
I then switched companies and worked as a Technical Support Representative (5 years) supporting a Fiber Optic based Triple Play provider (Cable, Phone and Internet) in the US. I took calls for more than 2 years. We provide first level troubleshooting for all 3 products. Then i got trained for a tier 2 level of support and got to troubleshoot more complex concerns. I also support customers for Billing and Ordering concerns.
After my 2 year stint of taking calls, I managed to get myself promoted to a Transition Coach. I took care of new hires before they got deployed to their respective teams. I also had a chance to be a Program Ready Trainer - Intern with the same account. As i got along with my post I've been using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint regularly. I have also excellent facilitation skills. I also managed a team of new hires and get to coach them one on one to help them progress, its more like a mini Team Leader.
I have been trusted with a lot of responsibilities within our team and i don't require a lot of supervision. i am able to work by myself, highly resourceful, fast learner and very trainable. I wish to work in the comfort of my home and not being away from my family but still help people build their business the best way i know how.
