If you're reading this, so you are interested in my proposal and evaluate me from a huge amount of another candidates. And usually this amount is really huge, uh, so I don't envy you)) But let me help you in this not easy deal.
So how to choose right freelancer? Find someone whose C with maximum count of + ?) Here you read clever technical words listed in profiles and hope to make a decision that this person able to finish your project or not, to finish on time or not. Ha-ha-ha. In most cases we, developers, don't sure for 100% in this) So let's be honest with each other and let the future developer has this question on his conscience, because no one can do it better or instead of him, and everything else is guesswork!
Probably after the previous paragraph, you meditate on how do you find a honest developer?. First of all you need to be honest with your future developer. Don't promise him ten projects in advance only to get discount, don't set extreme time frame needlessly and etc. Don't hesitate to discuss your project with developers. Most of us participated in dozens of projects. But, unfortunately, most of these projects ended in failure. And it's not because the developer was bad, but because the customer was a "cowboy" who wanted to make an AppStore hit for a few dollars) When you will open up and be honest, a good man will reciprocate.
Software development - is a series of compromises between technical complexity and required functionality. And both of these points are not trivial and not permanent. So problems will appear anyway. And because we decide to be honest, so we need to take it for granted. And choose a such developer with which it will be comfortable to solve problems. Recall any problem from your past experience and imagine with what kind of person it would be comfortable to overcome it! While you are imagining, I'll tell you about myself and you determine whether it will be comfortable to work with me.
Height 186cm, greek nose, nordic character) I love my wife, sport and work. Oh, yes, work is not on the first place)
All my life I engaged in different kinds of sports, now it's cycling, swimming and mountain skiing. I was a winner in amateur city cycling race! I like high aim, to achieve them and win! I dream to compete in Iron Man triathlon, 4km swim, 200 ride and 40 run. Yes, I am a crazy) In work as in sports I like to take high goals and achieve them. But programming is not a race, if you hurry once, so then it will be needed to correct 10 times. So carefulness and accuracy are my main principles in coding.
I like to work in collaboration, to analyze, to discuss problems and solutions. In communication I am moderated and tactful. I don't make promises that I can not fulfill.
If you read these lines, thank you for your patience and hope you get something useful. And I wish you a good day and luck in all your deals, regardless of your choice!)
