I.T Helpdesk/ Game Tester/ Researcher

To start off!
I am a graduate of Multimedia Arts in STI College.
Art has been a huge influence for me to venture gaming and tech companies through the years.
Here I will list out the tasks which I have dealt with and experiences with my previous companies I've worked with.
* Customer Service Associate: I have worked several times on this industry and it ranges from telecommunications to software applications.
Experience: Dealing with customers, and I mean they differ in every transaction is a a challenge and a joy for me at the same time. It enhances my ability to understand them and the patience to help them every step of the way.
* IT Help-desk/ Technical Support: Handled several accounts ranging from HTML software apps, Vaio laptops, and data infrastructures.
Experience: I got to say this gave me a whole lot of experiences when it comes to the business industry. dealing with my co- I.T team and employees from different countries. Challenging but rewarding. We received a lot of accomplishment when I was working as an admin in Successfactors, in exchanges of cash bonuses for a job well done for the tasks being completed on time.
* Game Master: I worked for 2 big gaming companies. I managed the CCU (Number of players), game testing for bugs, communicate with the developers, and perform raids inside the game for hackers. Accomplishment I have their was the Game Master of the Year.
