    My master degree is IT Programmer, though my first job for 3 years was Interior Design. Having a good success in that i was promoted to HR Manager for 2 years due to certain skills. It is normal for me to get in to debates with Directors and other managers cause i don't just do what i am asked to or ordered to, if i see a better, cheaper or more useful way i do my best in order for the TOP to hear and understand my point of view, usually my ideas are at least half implemented.
