Almost 10 years of experience and knowledge mastering the following: designing, optimizing databases (Oracle, MSSQL), BI, ETL, PL/SQL and T-SQL bussiness logic.
I’ve been working in IT since 2001. I was involved in many large software projects for general business clients mainly US and Ukraine based. During the time I represented several roles basically as Team Lead and Data Architect. My responsibilities were: to co-ordinate product evaluations, to hdevelop database concepts, ETL, BI, to provide the above services with TOGAF methodology. I have been managing a team from 5 to 20 people, creating a strategic view of development product with future vision and new opportunities for business.
I used to work with Agile (6 years) and Scrum (5 years)
I was involved in many processes on current positions: management of a team, mentoring junior stuff, IT Academy consulting, customer engagement, bonuses program managing and budget planning etc.
