Technical Support Analyst
Good day ! My name is Jun Ferrer Graduated at AMA University taking up Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology. I've been working in a different call center industry with different duties and account as well for 7 years already. Now I'm currently employed at Telus International and were handling and receiving calls from Canada regarding with their Telus service in internet service issue,television and wireless issue, computer software and hardware issue, networking problem issue,email problem issue and computer viruses issue as well.I'm previously employed also at PCCW Teleservices as their Technical support representative,were taking and receiving calls from Australia and New Zealand regarding with their Nokia Mobile device and accessories issue and assistance. I'm also awarded thrice as Top agent of the quarter. I love assisting, helping, giving solutions and instruction to clients. I love reading books and watching movies,surfing on different online websites. I'm knowledgeable in Microsoft office application,Troubleshooting computers, mobile devices.
