I started my career at the complete bottom, outbound cold calling and booking some test drives for major US car companies, my objectives were 5/day but after a couple of weeks I was averaging 35/day.
Then I discovered customer support, always here to exceed clients' expectations, I could learn to flip any upset customer to a customer for life after solving their issues in no time, wrapping them in a warm blanket.
Through all those experiences I reached the position of Operation manager in Czech Republic taking care of a 150 people for the Microsoft team, having multiple meetings, multitasking between phone, chat and email, I am just loving it!
