Assign and distribute workload of CE's to meet Service Level Agreement's across broader areas. - Verify entitlement of the correct serial number for the device being repaired, and ensure correct bill type is included in each call to confirm that all cash and charge revenues are billed, except where automatic closure by the CE is available. - Provide parts management/coordination as assigned. Follow Global Call Management tools, process and procedures as documented. - Allocates engineer appointment times for jobs requiring multiple resources on-site.
