Received most of my skills on-the-job training. I have 21 years of Office and
Administrative responsibilities. Additionally, have 21 years of experience working
with MS Office Software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and
Outlook. Also, have 2 1/2 years of troubleshooting for software and hardware
issues. Received an opportunity to work with a few other database software
applications as well.
In addition to performing skills, received on-the-job training for communications
in writing and orally. As a result of on-the-job training, I am well organized,
meet my deadlines, motivated, dedicated and hard worker. I learn quickly and
want to learn new skills and challenges.
Attended some college courses for: Introductory to Information Technology;
Introductory to Computer Concepts; Introductory to Computer Graphics, Information Technology Essentials, and Introductory to Database Management
