Technical work is exciting! I enjoy the opportunity to work in a technical environment, provide insights and recommendations, learn new techniques and procedures while enhancing human capital. Currently, I am the EVP of Dynology Corporation and also serve as SETA lead for the JIEDDO Capability Research Analysis Cell (CRAC). In these roles, I coordinate and direct a multi-disciplinary staff and their actions in support of multiple client engagements while providing technical expertise, leadership, and management to Dynology and JIEDDO’s Attack the Network R&D efforts.
I am a military veteran who served as a BlackHawk crew chief in the United States Army. I was later commissioned through Johns Hopkins University ROTC and served in the Army Signal Corps.
I supported the Federal Bureau of Prisons IT as a government employee before serving government customers as an employee of KPMG Consulting. In addition I directed operations for a startup, which experimented with streaming video over wireless computer networks.
I joined Dynology and provided strategic vision and leadership beginning in 2000. At Dynology, I support a number of commercial and government customers over the last 15 years while simultaneously implementing and maintaining internal technologies and innovation strategies.
While supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency, I provided oversight and expertise to navigate the software application certification process for PL3 implementation on JWICS.
At JIEDDO, I provide research, advice, analytical reports, planning, studies, cost and feasibility analyses, decision support, and enable operation and re-organization efforts. I provides optimizations for planning, budgeting and programmatics, critical to JIEDDO providing timely meaningful input to time-sensitive national policy and security issues. Additionally, I provide new technology discovery, evaluation, and insertion support whereby I evaluate new technologies and applications within and outside of the Intelligence Community for their applicability to counter - improvised explosive device analysis, processing, dissemination and collaboration.
